When you think of West Virginia, you think of mountains, winding roads and some of the best music to come out the hills… Pamela Benton is more than that… she is one of it’s favorite daughters.
Singing has been a love and desire of Pamela since early childhood as she would listen to her mother sing on RFE (Radio Free Europe) entertaining the troops, today she does the same thing yet on a bigger scale. She has become known as the “Princess of Our Troops” as she entertains them through CD’s, Radio, and personal appearances where ever she can. It wasn’t too long ago that Pamela was invited to perform the National Anthem for the Tampa Rays on opening day.
Pamela’s latest project was recorded in Nashville TN at Hilltop Studios where numerous legends have recorded through the years and her cover song “God Is Listening” quickly gained national as well as international attention via radio and internet play, charting in Singing News and Power Source Magazine.
Pamela’s song “God Is Listening” is a favorite among radio plays, and she is in constant demand for live interviews, and gladly accepts all opportunities.
